Yes. The lid has a printed decal that matches your puzzle.

Can I use a portrait photo?

The Premium puzzle prints in landscape. If your photo is portrait, the creator offers the Custom Photo Puzzle (Portrait or Landscape) and keeps your photo.

How is it different from the Gift Tin?

The packaging and the sizes. The Premium puzzle comes in a rigid black gift box with a lid decal, in 96 to 1,000 pieces. The Gift Tin comes in a white metal tin, in 30 to 2,000 pieces.

How long does delivery take?

Each puzzle is made to order, which takes up to 10 business days, and then ships free within the US in 2–5 business days. The creator shows an estimated delivery date range before you order. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, until your order goes into production. Email support@custompuzzle.org as soon as you can.

What if my puzzle arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong?

Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you. Because every puzzle is personalized, we can’t refund a change of mind.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

What happens to my photos?

Your photos are stored privately and used to make your puzzle. Designs you don’t order are deleted after 30 days.
