About this puzzle
The Gift Tin has the widest choice of sizes, from a quick 30-piece puzzle to a 2,000-piece puzzle that finishes at 40 × 28 inches. If you want a large custom puzzle, the 2,000-piece size is the biggest we make, and it takes a collage of up to 20 photos.
The pieces are pre-die-cut chipboard with a glossy finish. The puzzle comes in a white metal tin with your picture on the lid.

How big is the 2,000-piece puzzle?
It finishes at 40 × 28 inches, so plan for a table larger than that. Use a high-resolution photo: a typical 12-megapixel phone photo prints at low resolution at this size, and the creator tells you before you order.
Can I use a portrait photo?
The Gift Tin prints in landscape. If your photo is portrait, the creator offers the Custom Photo Puzzle (Portrait or Landscape) and keeps your photo.
Is my picture on the tin?
Yes. The finished image is printed on the lid of the tin.

How long does delivery take?
Each puzzle is made to order, which takes up to 10 business days, and then ships free within the US in 2–5 business days. The creator shows an estimated delivery date range before you order. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until your order goes into production. Email support@custompuzzle.org as soon as you can.
What if my puzzle arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong?
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you. Because every puzzle is personalized, we can’t refund a change of mind.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are stored privately and used to make your puzzle. Designs you don’t order are deleted after 30 days.
