The terms that apply when you use this website and order a puzzle.

About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed on custompuzzle.org, operated by Needs owner input: legal business name and entity type N01. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

  • Prices are in US dollars and include free standard shipping to US addresses.
  • Sales tax: Needs owner input: how sales tax is charged and shown at checkout N05
  • Payment: Needs owner input: accepted payment methods N04
  • We confirm your order by email. We ship to US addresses only.

Your photos and designs

When you add a design to your cart, you confirm that you own the photos or have permission to use them. You keep the rights to your photos. You allow us and our print partners to use them only to make and ship your order.

We may decline to print a design that infringes someone else’s rights or is unlawful. If we do, we will refund you in full.

Production and delivery

Each puzzle is made to order. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. See shipping and delivery for the estimate and what happens if an order is delayed.

Returns and cancellations

Damaged, misprinted or wrong items are reprinted or refunded, and orders can be changed or cancelled until they go into production. Because every puzzle is personalized, we can’t refund a change of mind. The details are in returns and reprints.

How your puzzle looks

The creator shows how your design will be printed. Colors on a screen can look slightly different from the printed puzzle, especially very bright or saturated colors.
