Who we are

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you order.
  • Your photos and designs: the photos you upload to the creator, how you arrange them, and any text you add.
  • Messages: what you send us through our forms or by email.
  • Payment: payments are processed by Needs owner input: payment provider, and confirmation that card details are handled by the provider, not stored by us N04.
  • Technical data: cookies that keep your cart and checkout working, and a random code stored in your browser so the creator can find your unfinished designs again. Needs owner input: analytics or advertising tools used, if any N10

How we use it

  • to make, ship and support your order, and to send you order emails;
  • to answer your messages;
  • to prevent fraud and keep the site secure;
  • to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We use your photos only to make your puzzle and to show you your designs.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

  • Our print partners (Printify and its print providers in the US), who print, pack and ship your puzzle. They receive your print file and shipping details. Copies they hold follow their own terms.

How long we keep it

  • Designs you don’t order are deleted after 30 days.
  • Designs you order are kept for 365 days, so you can order again or ask for a reprint.

Your choices and rights

Children
